A 40 lb bag is about 47 hours of mild 225 F fire and about 22 hours in winter.
An 18 lb hopper is about 20 hours 46 minutes of mild 225 F fire and about 9 hours 53 minutes in winter.
The generic seed is 0.85 lb/hr at 225 F. Winter and a hotter dial both raise it.
A 12 lb packer at 225 F is about 16 hours 30 minutes and 14.4 lb. Not a recipe.
Same 12 lb packer: 16 hr 30 min at 225 F versus 15 hr 5 min at 250 F.
Baby backs and spares are fixed windows. A 3 lb spare at 225 F is about 5 hr 52 min.
An 8 lb butt at 225 F is about 10.3 lb on the generic seed. Not a recipe.
Thin blue smoke is a clean fire. Dropping the set point costs hours, not pounds.
